About the Role
Scaling environmental markets requires efficient, accessible, and transparent trading platforms. ECM (Environmental Commodities Marketplace) simplifies trading for renewable energy certificates (YEK-G, I-REC) and carbon credits through its innovative platform.
We are looking for a Trade Support and Contract Specialist to support trade operations, manage the contract lifecycle, and enhance the client experience on the ECM platform. This role will drive operational efficiency while fostering strong participation from both the demand and supply sides.

Your Responsibilities
Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Conduct market research to monitor price trends, regulatory changes, and industry analysis.
Manage and update the CRM system to track client interactions and sales activities.
Oversee the contract lifecycle, ensuring coordination and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring document accuracy and smooth transition processes.
Support automation projects to improve team efficiency and operational workflows.
Provide operational support for renewable energy certificate trading (YEK-G, I-REC) on the ECM platform.
Manage certificate transfers, redemptions, and expiring volumes across registries.
Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to optimize the client journey and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Experience in contract management processes and the ability to oversee contract lifecycles effectively.
Knowledge of renewable energy certificates (YEK-G, I-REC) and environmental commodity markets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and develop strategic solutions.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Competency in customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English is preferred.
Residing in Istanbul or Ankara with flexibility for in-office work.
