About the Role

As a Sales Manager for Azalt ESG Software, you will lead the sales efforts to expand our market presence and drive client engagement. This role offers the opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to scaling a cutting-edge SaaS product for sustainability management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, especially in the manufacturing and financial sectors.

  • Provide product demonstrations and technical insights to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with market needs and product capabilities.

  • Track and report key sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and emerging opportunities to position Azalt ESG Software as a market leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or sustainability sectors.

  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate with senior stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.

  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks and corporate sustainability practices is a strong advantage.

  • Results-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
