We operate Erguvan Marketplace, a B2B trading platform for carbon credits and renewable energy certificates, and Azalt, a suite of carbon footprint estimation APIs that empower companies to take action on climate change by measuring, understanding, and reducing their greenhouse gas emissions.
We are seeking talented sustainability specialists to help shape the user experience of our Erguvan Marketplace and Erguvan API platforms.

Our ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly communicate with team members, business partners, and clients from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds, deliver projects to tight timeframes, establish systematic workflows, and efficiently analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
Own Erguvan’s end-to-end environmental engineering expertise
Run cross-functional projects to enable the growth of the Azalt and Azalt API
Track and report relevant KPIs to measure and optimize the performance of the team
Ensure data and information flows are translated into meaningful business decisions
The role reports to the Research and Impact Lead

What we looking for
What we looking for
1-5 years experience in relevant professional settings, preference for tech, finance, or consulting background, working on multiple projects.
Ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-growing company
Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret and handle quantitative and qualitative data sets, preferably with prior data science exposure.
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build trusting relationships and rapport with a wide range of personalities at various levels of seniority
Continuous process and operations improvement
Preferred: team management experience
Preferred: interest in climate and environmental topics more broadly
